Big trees, cozy layers, and a little Christmas village. My finished “Home for Christmas” spread makes me want to come home for the holidays.
This is the layout we built together on today’s Restoring Joy Through Scrapbooking live, and it is also the very first kit in my brand-new Restoring Joy Layout Club.
What I Used
The star of this spread is Stampin’ Up!® Neutral Noel Specialty Designer Series Paper, paired with Cherry Cobbler and Mossy Meadow cardstock. The custom basswood trees and the “home” script lettering were made with my xTool M2 Color Craft Laser, and the little Christmas village houses nestle right into the trees along the bottom of the pages.

Disclosure: xTool provided my M2 machine. I am an xTool Affiliate Partner and an Independent Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrator. Stampin’ Up! is not affiliated with, sponsoring, or endorsing xTool or this collaboration.
The Layout
Page one holds a 4×6 photo mat layered on Cherry Cobbler Cardstock dry embossed with the Softly Woven 3D Embossing Folder, with the basswood “home” script and “for Christmas” letters above it. Page two has a 3×4 photo slot, a journaling block that says “Together is the best place to be,” and a torn tree-paper strip along the bottom that ties the two pages together.
